Initial advice and completed professional design are different stages. Where detailed design, a separate fee or a possible project credit is relevant, the scope and terms are confirmed in writing before you commit.

Is the initial design consultation free?
Yes. An initial showroom consultation is complimentary. It helps establish the room, priorities, suitable service route and next step; it is not a completed professional design package.
Do I have to pay for bathroom or kitchen design?
Independent bathroom design packages are available separately from £249 including VAT. For wider bathroom, kitchen, tile, wellness and bedroom projects, the detailed design scope is agreed within the selected service route or confirmed separately in writing before you commit.
Can I purchase a design without buying products?
Yes. The published independent bathroom design packages can be used with your own installer and do not require a later product or installation purchase through Dezign Studio. Availability for other categories is confirmed individually.
Are design fees refunded or credited towards an order?
No automatic fee credit or refund policy is published. If a paid design service may be credited for a particular project, the qualifying scope, timing and terms are confirmed in writing before purchase or project approval.
Can Dezign Studio work with my own installer?
Yes. Supply Only and Design & Supply can support clients working with their own architect, designer or installer. The appropriate responsibilities are confirmed before ordering begins.
Can you manage the entire renovation?
Yes. The Design, Supply & Installation route connects room planning, product specification, supply, installation coordination and final handover through one agreed project route.
